The Terms and Conditions for my Photography services are as follows: All photographs are the property of the photographer and are protected under copyright laws. It is illegal to steal or use any of my photos without a valid purchase. With a valid purchase, the customer has a one-time, non-exclusive license to use the product for their own personal use. All other rights, including but not limited to copying, reselling, or distributing any of my photographs, remain with the photographer. By purchasing any product from me, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
